For some bizarre reason or a stroke of luck Google Analytics is now working again for the site. I am sure that I didn't change any code anywhere but I checked my stats over the weekend, and it was showing visitors again.

To this end, I included the JavaScript again and now the urchin seems to be tracking correctly once more. I have no idea why - I know I was getting hits and Google Analytics itself was saying that it was receiving information correctly. Anyway, I won't change it again for sure.

I have decided to add a few more advertisements on the site. Hopefully they are fairly unobtrusive and will at least pay for the hosting of the site. Please feel free to click on a few of them and keep me in business.

There still seems to be a bug in my related links code. I think I will have to rewrite it completely and see if it is an error in my coding (most likely) or some database insertion problem. More news on that as it happens.

I have added a new module to the site, Path Redirect. This is helping capture most of my 404 errors that have been registered in the log files. The errors have mostly been caused by links from the site in its short-lived Wordpress days. The XML feeds are still causing a few problems. I do not know where these links are being generated from. The investigation continues.
