skiFFie Making Drupal Mobile!

Autoreverse at Drupal posted an issue with the accessibility module.

Skiffie defaults to the mobile theme when viewed via Firefox and Seamonkey from OS X.

It turns out that PPC is in the UA string for the afore mentioned browsers. I have fixed the code locally for browser.inc and uploaded it here, and on the Drupal site.
