After a few days trouble shooting the issues with the accessibility module still remain. The source of the issue has now been identified.

The problem seems related to caching on the development server. As previously stated, the module is still functioning correctly in the live (this) environment. However, while writing some other test scripts in development, it appears that it is not just the accessibility module that remains an issue.

To this end, I believe that the module is actually working as expected. When I restore my development server then I will release a new version of the module.

During the fixing period over the past few days I have tidied up the code and seperated more logically. Therefore it is possible to use the detection script as a stand-alone script.
