In my last site update I mentioned that I was having a few issues here and there. I have managed to at least fix one of these now.
I had been searching around the Drupal site for days trying to figure out which drupal_add_feed was causing me problems. When I clicked on the RSS icon in the address bar I was always redirected to rss.xml.
Thanks to an issue posted against the category module I managed to implement a fix so now each section has their own feed. The original issue was posted here: RSS feeds not working.
Another thing that had been bugging me since the migration back to Drupal was the missing menu blocks on the "page not found" page. This seems like quite an easy fix if you know where to look. Here is the original post. The trimmed code looks like this.
Simply rename YOURNAME to your theme's name and add to your template.php file. Simple really. Good stuff dvessel, thanks for sharing.
I have totally remove the Google Analytics tracker from my site, I just could not figure out how to get stats working. I am not sure if it is the url rewriting that is causing the issue. None-the-less I am not using it anymore.

Stupid rewrite
Seems as though I had created my own rewrite to capture some feed urls from my previous site incarnation that was also interfering! Oops...
