After a few weeks of deliberation the site structure has been finalized. I have added most of the categories required for the initial framework and created index pages for many of the sub-categories.

As I am using accesskeys I thought it was best to actually activate all the sections of the site already. Otherwise the numbering did not make any sense.

Different browsers handle accesskeys. For example in Firefox on Windows, ALT+[key] will actually redirect you to the link it is associated with. In Internet Explorer on Windows the same process will just take the focus to the link, you still have to press the link to go to the target location as required.
